先说结论:会再次入住!带家里人出来都很满意!
地理位置:超!级!好!holbon地铁站出来过街就到,步行距离只有3分钟。正对面有waitrose可以买菜做饭。酒店门口是一条繁华干净但不算大的街道(街道太大过马路麻烦,太小不安全),所以这点非常好。走路到大英博物馆8分钟,这样就可以不带包免排队,悲惨世界剧院18分钟,考文特花园16分钟。唯一就是去大本钟不方便,holbon无直达。
房间设施:全新翻修,很新很美,窗户敞亮,可以打开透气。面积很大,一室一厅,客厅沙发床很宽敞,住三个人无压力,三个24行李箱全部摊开,同时5个大人在这个房间做饭吃饭也很宽敞。厨房锅碗瓢盆微波炉电炉灶杯子刀具一应俱全,我们住了三晚都是自己做饭吃。没有瓶装水但有个大瓶子可以去楼下接饮用水。
公区:公区太好拍了,波普配色,干净整洁敞亮,另外公区那台免费咖啡机出品太棒了!!
服务:点名表扬Jay的服务!九点就到了,Jay主动帮我们提前入住,解决了大问题!!而且服务热情,专业水平过硬。
最后说点缺点:1. 床上用品不行!都起球了,不知道为啥重新装修的时候不能更新一下床上用品…2. 备品一般,洗发水护发素二合一,洗完很干…另有沐浴露/洗手液/润肤露。3.空调是中控的,温度不让超过26,五月偶尔房间会有点冷。
酒店地理位置不错,靠近地铁站和许多超市。有直达希思罗机场T2航站楼的地铁线。早餐中规中矩,种类不多但味道不错。酒店房间大小还可以,但布局不太好,门口的紧急照明灯直射床铺,影响睡眠。总的来说,住着还行。

房间面积还比较大,出行方便,离地铁站很近,出行方便,离soho也很近,离大英博物馆也不远,几乎步行都能到达!坐公交也挺方便的,周边餐食也蛮多的!
地理位置很好,在holbon那一站,出来走两三分钟就到了,就在大英博物馆附近。
酒店式公寓对于住好几天的我们十分方便,可以自己煮一些东西吃,设备很齐全,锅碗瓢盆都有,但是没有调料的。
卫生相对来说还可以,但是看到毛巾有一些污渍。
总体还是很推荐的。
三天前入住时安排在6层,房间虽然客厅没有吊灯,但干净卫生,于三天后再次入住5层,同样的房型,卫生间有了暖气,客厅有了吊灯,唯一明显的区别是沙发床打开后,床单上有好几根头发,枕头有头油的味道,看上去应该是上个住客走后没有清洗换新,让携程帮忙沟通延迟退房,本来已经答应好的事情携程告知酒店又反悔了,来来回回反复拉抽屉,令人心情不悦,最后还是到前台注册会员可延迟退房一小时,携程之前联系好加价50英镑可延迟退房到14点,酒店前台告知不可以,总之,反复交涉后,结果令人很无语。厨房的餐具一应俱全,楼下对面有个小超市,傍晚回打折,出门右转有local超市比较大且便宜一些,结账都是自助式非常方便,比起在外面饭馆吃还是自己买食材经济实惠,楼下有多趟巴士,霍本地铁站也不远,2.8镑一次,巴士门口有总站1.75镑一次,巴士满三次封顶
这是我们住过的最棒的酒店之一。位置绝佳,靠近大型超市、书店、餐厅以及地铁站(中央线和皮卡迪利线)。
员工很友善,但没能提供我们所需的所有帮助。
请注意,这里不提供每日客房清洁服务……如果您入住超过一周,会提供一次清洁。否则,您需要额外付费才能获得客房清洁服务。
因为之前住了几天觉得不错,又能寄存行李,所以爱丁堡回来后又续住了几天。但这次给的房间是给残障人士提供的,对非残障人士反而有点不方便了,洗手池特别低,而且房间的隔音也没有之前的好,还是略微有点失望的。
位置特别方便,就在地铁站holborn附近,周边还有很多家不同品牌的超级市场,街的对面还有喜茶店,走路几分钟就有很好吃的陕西面馆和泰国菜、火锅串串等等餐厅,好吃不贵,了。
整体不错 就是床品有些旧 房间比较小 但也还可以啦 卫生间小区只能站下一个人… 餐具很齐全 方便做餐食 地理位置很不错 出门口走几步就到地铁站了 很方便的 楼下还有超市 也很方便 以后去伦敦 我可能还会住这里
服务:前台的服务员不错的 因为我们提早到了 给我们提早办理了入住 而且去之前我和他们发邮件说 我要两张床的房间 也给我办理了两张床 不错
