设施齐全,房间干净舒适,一楼有收费的洗衣房,解决了旅行中的困扰。
因为参加狗狗展住在这里。酒店非常干净,而且是新装修的。我住的房间很宽敞,干净又安静。工作人员都非常好。泳池和健身房也很棒…
可惜离多伦多太远了。不然性价比简直是顶级!

这家酒店被评为四星级。可惜的是,我打电话到前台,直到晚上7:30才有人来打扫房间。第二天晚上还是一样,我5:30打电话,8点就有人敲门——“需要打扫房间吗?”所以,我们入住期间只打扫了一天。
接下来,我们为了参加葬礼,不得不提前一天离开,原本计划5天的行程。酒店和*******都说是对方的错,不让我们取消预订并退款——我们提前3天通知了他们。这种情况持续了3天。我们非常失望。
所以,要么直接从酒店官网预订,要么确保在预订时条款明确!!!(我说不出来哪个更好,因为双方都把责任推到对方身上!!!)
马桶里有尿液,淋浴间里有头发。浴室的墙壁都剥落了,这通常是霉菌的迹象。
当时有两个派对:我隔壁的房间和楼上的房间。
我知道现在是长周末,但从晚上到凌晨一直很吵闹。

工作不正常。是我的错,我应该下去到前台跟他们说点什么。那天晚上我感觉很热,早上6点左右空调就开始工作了。
