Clean room , nice evening atmosphere , welcoming front desk. This is our new go to place we’ll be spending some time is DesMoines over the next two years and will definitely consider this our #1 place to stay. Oh yea and breakfast is second to none.

The staff were friendly and courteous. The room had some issues though. The shower pressure was non existent and when the heat turned on it was loud.

We enjoyed this hotel and our stay there. No complaints at all about the staff, cleanliness or service.
The only thing we disliked was the layout of the room. The toilet was enclosed in a room with a door, but the shower and lavatory were not. So whoever was taking a shower had no privacy from other guests in the room.

Since I have to give a critique would be parking . Not enough parking spaces and not sure if there’s enough land to expand.
Otherwise everything else was excellent! Love this place would stay here again. Planning to come back in November .

Was never told the hotel offered breakfast. Room was on first floor by lobby. It was loud! Was told they close lobby at 11pm. There were people hanging out drinking until 2am. They were talking and hanging out in the hallway by our room, which kept us up. Dont stay on first floor.

Need a much healthier breakfast.
Great hotel just hard to get in and out of since you have to drive through another hotel with terrible parking lot pavement to get to the hotel

I have stayed here multiple times and have been 100% impressed each time. Definitely a “step above” in all areas.

Facility and room were clean and nice. Bathroom design would've been fine for single king bed room but had very little privacy for a room with 2 queen beds.

The pool that is advertised is not on property. To access the pool you must go to the hotel next door and the front desk person will have open the door to the pool area. The area was clean and the hotel was nice but I wish I had known the POOL WAS NOT IN THE HOTEL
