We can address the issue with who we believe is causing the problem but if they choose to not get a handle on their children there is only so much we can accomplish. We apologize for the issues.

We enjoyed our stay with a large, well equipped suite. Walking next door to Murphy's Pub for dinner was a convenient, nice bonus.

A definite downfall from our stay 3 years ago. During check-in, the clerk never stood up to greet or register us, hardly even made eye contact. The coffee in breakfast room was cold, bacon over cooked, gravy too thick - just not the quality it was the last time we stayed. The floor in breakfast room had not been swept from the night before. Very disappointing.
Was there a change in ownership or management?

The pool and hot tub were very nice…COOKIES at the reception area were a nice touch, too!
The room was super clean and the beds comfy. Overall a 5 Star place to stay!

I am not staying at Best Western very often - trying to be faithful to different brand - but this stay in Havre is making me to reconsider. This hotel was modern, well maintained, light and inviting. Room was spotless, bed really comfortable, sheets clean and had "new" feeling. Bathroom spacious and clean. Great breakfast, and food was available way after the cutoff time, which made me very happy because I overslept and arrived in breakfast area just few minutes before 9am - no problem at all. I will definitely be back!

This is a good place to stay in town. It sits high on a hill. You get great views of the surrounding terrain.

我们下午3点后才到，却被告知房间还没准备好，需要再等20分钟。我们照做了，然后就进了房间。房间里弥漫着一股浓重的空气清新剂味，折叠床没有床单，维修人员还敲门检查一氧化碳含量。这种情况在我们入住期间并不常见，希望这只是个例。
我周五晚上入住，第二天中午左右离开，一整天都在外面。周六深夜回到酒店时，发现房间还没有打扫。周日中午左右离开之前，我去前台问服务员能否确保我的房间打扫干净，因为前一天没有打扫。她说她会确保派人去打扫。周日晚上很晚才回来，房间还是没有打扫！我去找前台服务员，但她不太乐于助人，我问她是否能至少给我两条干净的毛巾，她却表现得好像这对我来说是一项艰巨的任务。可能不会再住这家酒店了，他们在洛基男孩的帕瓦节周末涨价了，但服务质量却丝毫没有提高！！！
电视坏了，我们来修理，但还是不行，于是我们把房间从特大床房换成了带无障碍淋浴的双人床房，这次体验很不满意

我们的入住体验完全不符合我们对贝斯特韦斯特酒店的期望……房间还行，没什么特别的……过了半夜，走廊里传来孩子和人们跑来跑去的噪音，还有摔门声。前台已经有另一位客人询问他们是否能解决这个问题……我不确定他们是否采取了任何措施，因为这个问题持续了大半夜。
