No one was in lobby at check in ( 3:15 pm). Walked to hotel next door to inquire...note on theirdoor referred upubackto Oyo lobby. Wairted 30 minutesin lobby for employee to mosey in. She seemed pur out that se has a customer. I did not expect glamorous acco.odations for the price paid, but I do expect it to be clean. Floor was dirty, bath towel was stained, hair in shower drain and door did not latch. What a pig sty!

Will never stay at an oyo again
There was a smell in the office, the attendant clearly didn't know what he was doing. Payed cash and had to ask for my change after he charged more than the hotels app said it was. Had to shoulder check the door of our room to get it open after unlocking it. The ceiling was leaking water and the place was just filthy and overall disgusting

Language barrier apon entry was a small issue. Booked a king room that apparently they didn't have any left of even though there was only like 7 cars between the 2 motels. Took a minute to find the room because it was in the 2nd motel will another name. Rooms were run down walls had stains and bathroom had some mold and mildew.sheets were clean and no uninvited guests.

I booked a room on *******. When I got the the motel nobody was there. There were sticky notes with phone numbers to call and a ring camera door bell. I talked to someone through the ring camera and they tried to tell me where all the keys were hiding so I could check myself in. Never found room keys, and nobody showed up. I wound up staying at the flaming inn across the street and I will gladly do it again. Still waiting on my refund.

First room the AC didn't work. Second room. The toilet seat was intimate connected to the toilet

Checked in only to find that the AC in the room did not work. Was the only car in the parking lot. Was told that there was no other rooms except one that was being worked on and had no tv. Very rude and unhelpful night auditor. Did not want to help and watched her literally hang up the phone every time that ******* attempted to call the property. Should be removed from the ******* site. Do not rent there.

After seeing the google reviews I got worried about the check-in process. There is a language barrier. She had everything wrote down on a piece of notebook paper. Although she had ran a pre auth via ******* right after I reserved the room she still needed to run my card through her credit card machine They put a $100 hold on my card for damages. She gave me the key to 120. I get in the room & the air conditioner doesn't work. I walk all the way up there and she then puts me in 122.I had to push & push to get the door open, its like it had been kicked in at some point. I get in the room and realize it doesn't have towels. I walk all the way back to office. She then starts to tell me about how they have a new cleaning lady & she doesn't do her job. I get back to the room and it has newer tile/bathroom remodeled but is no where clean. I went and bought cleaning products to clean. I was there 2 nights and left town with allergy issues. I assume due to the mold & mildew throughout the room. This place could be nice if they would replace the baseboards, clean and update the furnishings. It did have a mini fridge but nowhere to plug it in. And a microwave that was disgusting. NO cable TV although advertised. It had a Roku TV with all the streaming apps installed .There was only one other car there the whole time I was there. All in all I paid under $100 for 2 nights. If you are traveling without kids & don't care about amenities then its ok but I would never put kids in that room.
