我和伴侣醒来后都感觉背酸痛,因为床垫太硬了。淋浴水压很小,幸好不用洗头。这么偏远的地方(郊区)竟然不提供自助停车,只提供代客泊车服务,真是令人惊讶。
前台Rudy很粗鲁。他很不热情,而且似乎因为枕头上沾满了头发而拒绝换新枕头。酒店广告充斥着虚假信息。强制代客停车收费昂贵,每次停车都要付费,简直荒谬。酒店声称有“露台”,但实际上只是酒店前面的一个小庭院。一点也不奢华。
我们预订了一张特大床,结果给了两张大床。我们告诉前台,他们说我们预订了第三方房间,所以他们无能为力,而且他们根本没有提供任何帮助,甚至根本没有尝试提供帮助。
