Room was great, but the shower didn't get hot. Mentioned it to the front desk, they didn't seem concerned or interested....just stated it was a fully booked and we were on the 3rd floor, so nothing they could do. Glad we only stayed one night, as luke warm showers aren't fun

The carpeting in the room had snags in it which could cause a person to trip, the door was dirty looking and in need of a fresh coat of paint. We requested fresh towels, and they were not delivered in the daytime, the night desk person gave us towels. The room was not service until the day before checkout, which was day 5. Breakfast was fair at best, very busy on the weekend and the one staff person needed help to keep up.

Almost but needs improvement
Great room layout (rm 325). However, I noticed the ice maker not working, the toilet running, the bathroom door will not close and most of the outlets and USB ports were broken. I reported these issues repeatedly but only the Ice maker was repaired. After 10 days of rementioning, I was told there were no engineers on site. Carpet near bathroom also badly torn. Elevator carpets need cleaning badly. Just FYI. The night shift young woman was extremely helpful and friendly, as was the Asian breakfast lady, The other's need member training. One lady employee was on her ear phone most of the mornings loudly on personal calls. Probably not what Marriott would want. But breakfast was VERY good and lobby was clean. Maid service was very good too.

The room was really nice, I shared it with my sister, and it accommodated two people that weren't sharing bed space. The breakfasts were awesome, so much better than the typical "continental" fare. This was my second stay at this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again. Gym facilities were great, and the outdoor space makes it feel like you are home.

这个地方很不错，酒店从表面上看也很不错，但我有点失望，因为到达时房间没有打扫干净，冰箱和浴室都很脏，房间内不同的地方有不是我们的头发。我不得不在孩子们使用浴室之前打扫一下。更糟糕的是，我们到达的那天游泳池停止使用，这很令人失望，因为我们来这里是为了庆祝孩子的生日。前台尽力提供帮助，他们很友善。只是他们需要打扫得更干净一些，而不是只打扫房间的局部。当你为了某些东西而旅行时，你肯定会想要它们（游泳池）。
