This hotel was wonderful! The best part was definitely the staff. They were all so amazing – professional, always working hard, and super friendly and polite. They really made my stay special. The resort is also in a beautiful spot right next to a river. I saw some older reviews that weren't so great, but honestly, it seems like things have really improved. Everything was lovely. Thank you so much to all the staff for everything!

Fantastic location with less than a five minute drive from Sidemen centre, with stunning views of Mount Agung and riverside. Staff are very friendly and kind, but sadly that is where it ends. Cold water showers, no cleaning, dirty walls, the most uncomfortable old mattress I have ever slept on which appeared to be memory foam that had an incredibly long memory, and food poisoning from the kitchen ( it was the only place I eat or drank at the day before). The worst thing for me over all of this is the fact that despite a recycling facility available (at a small cost to the guest house), the staff dump bags of waste and plastic waste down stream. I only wish I had had my phone to capture it. Do not do this. This is your community who use to bathe in the water and for their livelihood, for the environment downstream and our planet. The owner is an educated man, please set an example. I will not return.
我们来过这里好几次了。这次停留的时间确实少了。厕所坏了（可以看出已经修过好几次了）。餐厅工作人员在酒店前面的柜台。这里的鸡肉沙爹非常好吃。
要避免的酒店，我们在巴厘岛住过的最糟糕的地方——没有热水——位于主楼二楼的房间，楼梯不合适，位于路边，从早上 5:30 到晚上 10 点不断有车辆噪音：下午 30 点 - 设备陈旧 - 服务不存在
