On 9/08/2025 .We booked for 10 people of which 5 are coming late on . The first half already check in . When the rest half come they said room is all booked. Receptionist dont even know how to talk to custmr. First Q “ who are you? We are full booked. Custmr reply:We said we have booking . Sorry we dont care from MAKEMYTRIP APP,” NEVER EVER ENTER HERE ,ITZ A SCAM. They are scam.. Dont ever DO IT/BOOKED OR WASTE YOUR MONEY

It was a good stay. All the amenities provided were as per the website. Best place to relax. Very near to gokarnanath temple.

A very budget hotel with spacious rooms in a busy city locality. The amenities are very much average. There is no buffet breakfast. You need to have it at the nama restaurant downstairs. The menu options are very-much limited.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The food was of good quality, but the prices were quite high, with bottled water being sold above the mrp. However, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

The hotel very fine and calm, great things about the stay is the food available at their restaurant both veg and non veg. Calm, comfy rooms. One flaw is they haven't cleaned the room for two consecutive days of stay even after requesting for it. Otherwise i would recommend this hotel good food and good stay.

Hazzle free chech in. Very courteous receptionists, and other staff menbers. Room is very tidy. Proximity to our marathon start line helped us reach the place early morning on time.

No parking, quite dissatisfied because my friend who accompanied me was disabled so getting out on the busy road and entering the hotel wasn't easy. But the staff named keshav and the watchman helped us. They were very good. The room and beds were good but the bathroom floor is unkempt. The tiles have to be replaced as they look old and shabby. One of the bed linen had to be changed as it was stained. Again keshav came to our rescue. Air freshners have to be kept inside the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and pleasant. The food was tasty and excellent dinner, and breakfast was really good. Your chef is very good. Happy with the food quality and quantity. Overall cleanliness has to be spruced up because i have stayed earlier in other vets hotel and they were all great, so this one i was disappointed as it didn't live up to my expectations. Expected a 3 star rating hotel. Only providing facilities like desk, almirah etc doesn't make it a 3 star hotel. Basic hygiene was absent. No ventilation absolutely for the room, making it damp and smelly. Ac remote is not available for all rooms, making our stay very inconvenient. But people were friendly and helpful, the only plus about the hotel. Improving quality of hygiene would really help.

worst treatment by staff members 😑 manager horrible person...as a manager he doesn'tknow how to speak and handle the guest.. their hospitality is soo bad 😢 nonsense , bad experience
