We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of December 2025. At first, the hotel looked nice and the owner was kind. However, on the third day of our stay, my husband found bedbugs near the bed. We immediately called the manager, who confirmed it and offered us another room. We refused, as we no longer wanted to stay in the hotel. We tried to stay calm, and at that point no one had been bitten. When we got home, we washed everything and put what couldn’t be washed into the freezer. Unfortunately, on the fifth day my husband developed huge bites. We later found out that if you are bitten for the first time, the reaction can appear several days later. We went through days of horror — we had been in the room with our one-year-old baby and were terrified of when the bites might appear on his body. We weren’t sure whether we had brought a bedbug home or if it was just a delayed reaction to the bites, but we decided to call a pest control service just to be safe. We were not allowed to stay in our apartment with the baby for the next 24 hours, so we had to stay in another hotel. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. We asked the hotel to reimburse the cost of the pest control and the hotel stay, about 600 EUR, but we were told that their insurance would not cover such expenses and that this is simply part of the risk of traveling. So my advice is do not take a risk

This is a gem! Anika, one of the owners was absolutely amazing! She welcomed us and gave us so many ideas to do while in Hollsbach Im Pinzgau area. We loved the food at the hotel & the rooms so much (along with the friendly staff & Anika so much, we stayed an extra night! Such an amazing place & restaurant!

Although the staff were friends and helpful. Very disappointing meal. Pasta pesto, pasta undercooked no pine nuts as on the menu. No flavour at all. Similar with other pasta dish. Best part of the the meal was the slices of bread at the start. Won’t be returning

We visited Herz3 during a multi-day trip on skis. We were positively surprised by the very nice rooms, the great restaurant and the friendly owners & staff. Considering there is a Finnish sauna, too, then the hotel is very good value in our opinion. The skibus to the Panoramabahn gondola (part of the Kitzbühel ski area) stops less than 100 meters away from the hotel. Annika and team are very customer-orientated and are doing a very nice job here; we enjoyed food & drink in their restaurant as well. -Definitely recommended.

We went to the restaurant with 7 adults and shared a variety of items from the menu. All were exceptional. Of particular mention the penne arabiata with burrata, the steak, tender and cooked perfectly, and the tiramisu sensational. We were particularly impressed that the chef took the time to speak to each table. A true personal touch. We will definitley be back.

We visited for food only and were absolutely blown away. The food was unbelievable, fresh, cooked to taste and really beautifully presented. The sweetest touch was a visit from the chef who we enjoyed a Jäger shot with. 100% recommend. 10/10

我们只是在米特西尔参加Megamarsch比赛时短暂入住了这家酒店。地理位置对我们来说非常好,去米特西尔很方便。停车也很方便,而且周六我们还能比平时早一点吃早餐——再次感谢你们。我们不太满意的是房间里没有空调;天气非常热,他们也没能把房间温度调到我们舒适的睡眠温度。我们认为这是酒店的不足之处。另外,房间里还有一个小冰箱,可以用来冷藏饮料,这也是现在很多酒店的标准配置。不过,其他一切都很完美,等天气凉快点我们可能会再来。
