交通很便利，离地铁站和公交站都比较近，走路8分钟左右，去周边很方便。逛街购物比较方便，酒店就在这片商圈之中，吃饭也较为方便，性价比挺高。
住宅式可以自己做饭。离lalaport很近，遛娃购物很方便。房间很大！设备挺齐全。但是调味料什么都需要自己买。还有餐桌有点小。
因为要去迪士尼，所以临时住了一晚。从酒店开车到迪士尼大概45分钟。酒店斜对面就是啦啦宝都购物中心，吃饭很方便。酒店还有通道直通罗森便利店。有大浴场和桑拿房。女浴室提供了六种洗发水供选择。洗完澡还有免费冰淇淋。虽然有化妆水、乳液和卸妆水，但这些都在大浴场里，房间里没有。吹风机用着还行。
房间里有一张可以变成加床的沙发。
以这个价格来说，这家酒店的性价比非常高。
从入住的第一刻起，我就感受到了热情的欢迎。工作人员非常友善，总是面带微笑，让整个住宿体验非常愉快。房间舒适整洁，设计温馨，让我有宾至如归的感觉。早餐选择丰富，味道也很棒。我一定会再来的！
因为偶尔需要在柏の葉キャンパス办事，所以订过几次这家酒店，每次都是预订27平米的房间，比较宽敞而且卫生间和浴室是分开的，房型不错。这个房型是可以入住2人也可以入住3人的，3人入住的时候会把沙发变成床使用，前几次也都挺满意所以一直预订这一家。但是这次的体验感很差。我在携程上指定好房型和入住人数（这次入住三人），但是不知道携程的系统怎么弄的，在最后结账的时候很快的跳了一个提示，好像是说房型价格有变动，然后直接就跳转至支付界面，比我要预定的时候便宜了100多块钱，我也没太在意就预定了。当天办理入住的时候前台告诉我订的是2人入住，我说订的本来是三人入住不知道为什么系统跳成了两人入住，但是这个房型是可以入住三个人的，那我可以支付差价帮我加床，前台说不能加床，我问原因，前台说的是他们客房服务人员已经下班了不能办理，我说我照常支付差价，你把被褥给我我自己铺，前台仍然拒绝说不可以，然后前台服务人员敲着计算器让我再支付3000日元差价，我想着差价都交了那是不是可以帮我加个床，哪怕给我床被子我也能将就一晚上，于是顺口问了一句，那是不是可以给我一床被子？前台告知没有被子，但是因为你三个人入住所以需要再交3000日元………，交涉了很久前台一直告诉我没有被褥可以提供，最多就是不收你3000日元的差价了。最后实在交涉无果，我又订了一间房。不是说舍不得多订一间房，实在是入住行李都放在一起，分两间房入住有很多不方便，我也表示了补差价，也表示了给我一床被子也可以其他我自行解决，都交涉无果，感觉酒店方面太不懂得变通，也没有从客人的角度出发帮忙解决问题。
服务：差
房间很干净，空间也很大。洗漱用品一应俱全，我出差入住的，得到了很好的放松，疲劳尽消。
挺好的（前台英文略弱但是有中文的入住须知清单，然后清洁是每两三天打扫一次。
很赞的酒店！房间面积比较大，设计的合理，使用方便！前台员工都很职业，有问必答，效率也高。有机会还会来这里入住。房间能看到富士山！

一家不错的经济型酒店，楼下就是罗森便利店，小小的公共浴池但也不拥挤。床和床单都很舒服。
