Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!

Great hotel but we had to call the front desk at 9:45 because the people next door were pounding on their walls and yelling. Very disruptive…

The hotel nice and clean, but there were ladybugs in the room that I had to kill. The water was off for 5 hours and I had to call to ask what was going on.

Dogs barked in the room above us. Walls paper thin. We have stayed there before and this time it was not as clean.

Recent visit
One of the phones for the room didn’t work. Both phones red light kept blinking as if I had a message but I couldn’t access it because the phones didn’t work. The sliding bathroom door didn’t stay closed or at the very least stay in position for privacy when I had a guest visit.

Large rooms and friendly staff. Only 1 towel in the room. 2 bottles of conditioner with no shampoo and really poor water pressure. Overall it was a fine place to stay overnight, but not anywhere I’d rush back to. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hall and surrounding rooms

I loved all the amenities of the room. The bathroom and kitchen area had all types of ants and bugs. Notified the hotel documented with pictures and they would do nothing about adjusting the rate for the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location.
