Staff are extremely friendly and breakfast is really good. One elevator was out of service multiple days so that was inconvenient at times.

We were not able to get the room we actually booked and there was no attempt by the staff to make it right.

Upon check in I was informed that I was moved from a King room to a Double Queen room when I had paid for and reserved a King. I was told there was nothing they could do about it because I booked through a third party. This change affected my comfort of sleep for the night. The bed was too small and uncomfortable.

Our bathroom ceiling was yellow with water stains and there was Drywall cut and mud all over the place. They never gave us fresh linens or towels and never took out the trash. We had to do it in our own.

Everything was perfect except;
I was dissapointed that the bathroom did
not have an exhaust fan installed.

The only issue i had was they had a excellent gym but only 1 of the four treadmills were working
