This was the worst experience of my life. I don’t recommend it to anyone. I’ll start by saying when I first walked in to the right there’s a company that tries to sell you for a 200 voucher to take a tour. I denied it and because of that, I feel threatened by the manager and the staff that worked for them. I just felt unsafe and uncomfortable not to mention two days later I just happen to get food poisoning how ironic, and to top everything off, they had bedbugs in the bed. They cleaned our rooms, never changed the sheets. The overall staff outside was great. Food was horrible. I couldn’t even eat anything not worth the money sadly to say I won’t be back.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was mold in our room, blood on the floor in our hallway for days, there was a wait at every single restaurant at every instance we decided to dine despite being told we do not need reservation. Definitely room for improvement here and we are thankful we just did not get sick from the mold.

这个酒店🏨的地理位置太偏了,在郊区,离市中心很远。海滩🏖️很多海草,我是订了海景房,根本拍不了海景照片,根本无言以对,这样的价格不能成正比啊。官方网站上的图片不能相信,货不对版。
所有员工都非常粗鲁无礼,没有一个人对我们好过。这是我们第二次来这里,第一次也是一样。我本来想再给它一次机会,但这绝对是我做过的最糟糕的决定。我们全家在这里的住宿体验非常糟糕,我以后绝不会再来了。
服务极差,他们明显偏袒外国人,而且每个人都粗鲁又暴躁。我绝不会再去。
房间干净宽敞,泳池状况良好,工作人员的服务总体来说也不错。
