Perfect location for exploring the town. Great value, and friendly staff who are happy to help whenever you have a question. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Will definitely book again!

Lovely clean room. Manager was wonderful and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. She managed to sort parking for me too which was wonderful as I was visiting my son who lives nearby.

We had a very last minute stay due to attending a family event, and being unable to get home due to train cancellations! However, this worked out well, as the hotel couldn't have been in a better position (we experienced a bit of the nightlife, shopping, and restaurants, all within easy walking distance). The hotel was comfortable and clean, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff, who were so incredibly welcoming and helpful. A lovely experience!

I regularly stay at the Premier Inn Old Market, Hereford when visiting family, and the consistency of quality here is always spot on. Every stay is comfortable, clean, and exactly what you hope for from Premier Inn – which is why I keep coming back. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Ali, Laura, Cherie and Karen are all absolute credit to the team. They are friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and they go out of their way to make you feel looked after. Their professionalism and warmth make a real difference and turn a good stay into a great one. The location is ideal, the rooms are always well maintained, and I can rely on having a restful, hassle-free stay every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hereford and will definitely continue to use it whenever I’m in the area. And I highly recommend the poached eggs!

I stay in premier inn a lot and it’s usually a good experience. As usual, the bed was comfy, the room was quiet, and the hotel is in an excellent location. But the room was grubby, pillows were flat, there were strange stains in the carpet and a horrible mouldy smell in the bathroom. I didn’t ask to change rooms as I was only there one night. It was wet weather so I decided to eat there and the food was the worst id ever had! I couldn’t eat it! I had a couple of mouthfuls of undercooked doughy pizza and the dessert was so hard I couldn’t chew it and was served with cream instead of the ice cream on the menu. The restaurant staff were polite but seemed new to the job.
