We stayed at this conference hotel for a business trip and were very satisfied with the overall experience.
The hotel is conveniently located, and the spacious lobby is ideal for informal talks with business partners.
Special thanks to Mr. Mehmet at the front desk on the night of April 28 to the morning of April 29. He was friendly and professional, and helped us a lot by arranging a late checkout due to our tight schedule for the next day’s conference.
The room was clean and quiet, with all necessary amenities, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
Our whole team felt comfortable and well taken care of—highly recommended for business travelers.

房间很大，有一次性拖鞋，虽然质量很差，有热水壶，有桌子和椅子，还有沙发。
交通很便利，离机场50分钟。早餐很丰富。
位置很好，布草备品很新干干净，房间也挺大的，隔音OK，早餐比较简单……性价比还不错，下次来还住这家酒店
这家酒店根本不是五星级。浴室密封条周围有霉菌。员工态度生硬，英语沟通困难，一点忙也帮不上。我甚至懒得投诉，因为感觉没人会在意。很多员工看起来无所事事。另外，酒店内的星巴克似乎连焦糖糖浆和冷饮用的奶油这些基本的东西都没有。
这次入住体验很棒，酒店也很好。特别感谢前台的 Mehmet Atasoy。
这次公务出行入住了这家会议酒店，整体体验非常满意。酒店位置便利，大堂宽敞，非常适合和业务伙伴进行简短的非正式交流。
特别感谢4月28日晚至29日早在前台值班的买买提先生，服务专业、态度友好，主动协助我们解决因会议安排导致的退房时间紧张问题，帮我们协调了延迟退房，解决了实际困难。

酒店位于土耳其伊斯坦布尔欧洲区域内，距离伊斯坦布尔国际机场半小时车程；酒店客房宽敞舒适，设施齐全；早餐品种较多，属于西式早餐，味道不错。酒店内的繁花中餐厅菜品口味纯正。
这家酒店就像是废墟中的一座孤岛。从酒店出发，路况太差了，根本没法步行去任何地方。酒店不提供任何户外休息区，甚至连泳池都是室内的。
宽敞的接待/休息区座位太少了。有些前台员工非常乐于助人，但另一些人似乎故意制造麻烦。
洗衣服务很贵！
早餐缺少蛋白质选择，只有鸡蛋和香肠。
客房很舒适，但淋浴设在浴缸上方，而且浴缸周围有很高的大理石台阶，进出浴缸很不方便。
酒店不提供任何景点介绍资料，而且打车去老城区需要30分钟。
酒店干净整洁。服务还不错，但缺少一个舒适的酒吧，可以在一个惬意的环境中喝上一杯。水疗中心很好，但价格偏高……酒店位置离市中心很远，所以只适合参加会议或类似活动。
服务就那样，也没有帮助拿行李。距离展馆近。
