Staff were individually friendly and helpful. But they did not follow through on requests for confirmation of actions e.g. Spa bookings made ahead of our stay required 2 "chases" before I got an email confirmation.
Restaurant was not value for money hence when we stayed most people ate the bar menu.

Totally enjoy the hot tub with stunning views, so relaxing. The bar area is amazing relaxing for a drink and good bar food for a chilled evening. Staff are super welcome and attentive for the service. Fabulous breakfast with amazing sunrise view. Would definitely stay again.
