Popped in for a breakfast and found the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good although it was expensive but unfortunately Ireland is now an expensive place to visit. Pub/bar looked nice and would like to pop back for a pint.

Thank you so much to Eamon and Fred for a lovely stay. The breakfast is the best fry I've ever had and I would never reach for a fry. You'll find lovely homely vibes is this hotel, they are so friendly and warm. Thanks so much for everything.

Got a noise complaint on the first night we stayed - we where sleeping by 2.30am after being at a dancing weekend we where told we shouted and partied all night. We also got a noise complaint for Saturday morning before breakfast even though we had only been awake 20 mins before going downstairs. We did apologise for any inconvenience caused when we came back to the hotel. At breakfast Freddie the hotel owner was very unprofessional and started shouting at us (a group of 4 young women in our early twenties) when we apologised again he then continued to come to each of us individually and belittle us in front of other guests, even after we repeatedly apologised We where made feel very unwelcome in this establishment. Seeing as we paid €1200 to stay here for 3 nights we thought we would have atleast been made feel welcome but instead we couldn’t wait for the weekend to be over. I wouldn’t advise anyone that wants to enjoy a weekend stay to book this hotel.
