Decent bed, that is all.
Hotel is being remodeled. We got in late so we didn’t hear any noise from work but they’ve cancelled the breakfast for the foreseeable future. Tub was rusty. Shower had no pressure. Outlets didn’t have covers. Dressers and tables were falling apart. Bed was comfy and lady was nice but you’d expect them to drop the price if they drop breakfast and have so many issues.

Not a bad place
The problem is unless you ask for room service you’re not gonna get it, which is completely unreasonable. Pandemic’s been over for three years and people like this are still using the excuse even when I ask for a room service I don’t know five day. Stayw only got it twice And on top of it. The refrigerator was broken when I got into the room so the food I purchased went bad immediately. Did they change it out the next day, but did not offer to reimburse me since it was broken when I originally got there.

All of the facilty was under construction. No hot breakfast, cable, interenet, pool, or laundry as advertised. If i wanted just a roof over my head i could have found that much cheaper. My family was disppointed. We cancelled the second night of stay, the clerk refused to provide a receipt showing the cancellation. I was billed for 2 nights, only stayed 1, and have yet to receive pay back for the second night.

In the middle of the night, some man had a card and access to our room with key. Man came in till he noticed me and then walked out. Staff said “yeah he’s been doing that recently”

The website lied about having a swimming pool available. The continental breakfast was not very appetizing. However the front desk was great. Housekeeping never stopped by to change out the tiles. The smoking area should be free of flies and in the shade.
