First of all, this should not be advertised as a Resort. Its a boutique / Hotel at best. The location is good, in a serene environment, nice ambience. Phionah, the receptionist was fantastic, she made our stay memorable. Al la Carte was good, tasty and rich. The room was spacious, bed was comfy, I had nice view from my window. Shower had a good strong pressure and yes, there was hot water. The WiFi was free but very unstable, after much complaints, it improved (manageable). The towels need upgrading. The complimentary breakfast can be better. The rooms are not sound proof as you can hear next door guest conversing.

The staff is Friendly and always willing to help, the rooms are clean, the mattress and pillows are good, the restaurant/bar is cozy with good breakfast buffet and dinner a la carte, a nice green garden with beautiful vegetation and the location is good.

My experience here was fantastic from start to finish. The rooms are incredibly spacious and spotless, providing a perfectly serene and quiet environment to relax. The staff members were consistently friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Bonus: the food was excellent! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Kampala.
