整体效果不错，早餐差了一些，希望改进。
酒店本身比较老旧，感觉有点缺乏维护，不过并没有初看起来那么糟糕。当然，它肯定达不到四星标准。酒店门前尘土飞扬，垃圾也很多。
位置方面，离购物中心很近，步行就能轻松到达，附近也有很多小商店和药店。但是，酒店夹在两条高速公路之间。
晚上很吵，主要是城市噪音。夜里，楼上两次开启了类似涡轮机或发电机的东西，整面墙都在震动，每次持续了几分钟。
另一个缺点是房间里没有烧水壶，只有饮用水。
服务还算正常，工作人员都很努力。不过机场接送服务有点让人费解——我们预订了夜间接送，他们先是确认了，后来又打电话说夜间不提供服务——这应该一开始就说明。
房间很明亮，也很宽敞，地板非常干净！我还是第一次遇到地板这么干净的酒店，在房间里光脚走都觉得很舒服。
毛巾非常洁白干净。
如果能在床垫上加个床笠就更好了。
没有热水，只有温水或者微温的水。
总的来说，过夜住一晚还算可以。

入住皇冠假日酒店是一次很棒的体验，房间、员工维护、客房服务、食物都很棒，酒店本身位于伊斯兰堡的中心，这是酒店最大的魅力所在。酒店服务周到，热情待客。继续保持良好的服务。我们在伊斯兰堡皇冠假日酒店住得很愉快。
酒店位置不错，但员工缺乏诚实和正直。我们到达的那天晚上，他们在我们航班起飞前给我们报了半天的价格，然后又向我们收取了全天的费用，经理说我决定你向雇主支付多少费用。我们退房时，接待员说我们必须再次付款，并坚持说我们没有支付半天的费用，幸运的是我们有当天的收据。总的来说，酒店不错，但没有诚实，他们不会浪费任何使用的机会。
