We got in late. There was an amazing older gentleman that came out to help us. Our original room had a few issue and he didn’t stop helping us until another room and the issues were solved. It’s unfortunate I didn’t get his name. The room, property and surrounding area are what you would expect for the price and the location/city. It does the job. Room was clean. No complaints.

This was the worst place that we have stayed. Only did because needed a place to stay over night. The furniture night stands were so bad you couldn't open the drawers. No remote to turn on TV. No Wi-Fi connection. The drapes were all hanging down not able to close correctly. And the final draw was that my wife was going to grab a towel and saw rat or roach poop. On the counter Discussing.

Showed up to check in at 7pm as scheduled. Office was closed!! Phone number taped to door, so I called, no answer. Called back multiple times, no answer. Called corporate number and they said there was no reservation. But i paid in full via hotelsDOTcom...so never again! Plus, the place was a total dump. Sketchy as hell!

We paid for a king bed and got 2 separated beds. Was told our room was reserved for the strawberry workers. Even though we paid days in advance. Shower had no hot water, once again was told no other rooms. Wifi didn't work and room was infested with Roaches. Staff was un helful, told us we could not get a refund and that was the room we were stuck in.

Upon arrival I was told by the receptionist that my booking had been canceled without notice. Supposedly ******* rented out the rooms at the hotel that were not available. I ended up having to sleep in my truck. The hotel also looked like a place out of GTA 5

From the outside, it doesn't look like much. Lots of people walking around. At first, I had 2nd thoughts about staying here because of it. HOWEVER, the manager was very professional and polite and once I got into the room, I found it to be very clean and nice looking. THE OUTSIDE DOESN'T DO THE INSIDE JUSTICE. In fact, the only real complaints I had about the room was the TV doesn't allow you to login into your own Netflix, Hulu, or You Tube account and the light above the sink burnt out. Minor gripes, to be sure. Would stay there again.

OYO is an Indian company with their standards of cleanliness and business practices. If you go, check the room BEFORE registering. Especially the bathroom and bedding. Don't fall for the "deposit" scam. Cash only and they'll find a reason to keep it. In other words, Don't Go.

We are hurricane victim rooms were scarce our daughter got room to help us we have no power. This place needs to wash sheets better. And talk about price gouging this price was ridiculous. Hot water in shower was horrible. Needs shower mat slippery.i just wanted cool clean room and good shower . Dont stay here.
