You booked a non-refundable room and also called the day of arrival to say you were not arriving due to a change of plans. As this is well out of cancellation range and terms of your booking, our staff simply followed procedure by not refunding the reservation. It was nice and clean and pretty quiet. It was also within walking distance to a Jersey Mikes. It was close to shopping and many restaurants too.

Good value and great amenities
Amazing breakfast. Eggs, omelettes, waffles, sausage, bacon, and fresh fruit, variyof yogurts, oatmeal, etc. Wow! New building so everything is clean and impressive. Staff are friendly and our stay was great. We didn't have time to use the pool/hot tub area but we saw families with kids having a great time. We did use the laundry and although the dryer looked clean, it left an oily residue on my clothing. No way the hotel could have known, just frustrating for me. We were also frustrated by the hold on our credit card for $100. It just adds extra work for me to keep track and make sure the money is refunded. It's happened at other hotels too, so maybe starting to be a standard practice.

We were in the area for a family wedding. We stopped to see if we could check-in early so we could change. They were gracious and allowed us too.

Property was clean and well maintained however they have maid service only every other day. Would have been nice to have towel bars in the bathroom to hang towels on to dry.
