Worst experience ever - all bad reviews are TRUE

It was TERRIBLE.

Number 1- they charge you a deposit from 25$-75$ upon arrival that is not disclosed online,

Number 2- the pool is not open. It shows a clean, blue, open pool online. In person is what appears to be a sess pool of green slime that is covered by a black tarp & rocks. If you call ahead they say it’s open,

Number 2- the rooms are horrendous. The lights don’t work, tv doesn’t work, air conditioning doesn’t work, showers are dirty and don’t work. The owner intentionally gives you dirty stained towels & bed linens. Charges you the deposit, then REFUSES to refund it because —-you’ll never guess—- your towels & linens are stained,

Number 4- there’s are absolutely no amenities as listed. No laundry. No breakfast. The “breakfast” is pb crackers which the owner gets mad if you take.

Number 5- long term & pet friendly hotel. Hope you’re good with seeing trash piled up all around the grounds. All you have to look at is the trashy areas & the hotel next door. Couldn’t figure out why that one was sold out but this one had 5 people. I figured it out QUICKLY.

Number 6- absolutely zero housekeeping & the rooms were filthy upon entry. You are denied a new room as well. The owner will use this against you ok your deposit. Here’s an example “if your room was so filthy why didn’t you ask for a new room?” & when you say you did, reality is denied.

The man that owns this place is a crook.

TERRRRRIBLE!!! I have 2 babies, I’m here handling business matters due to a death in the family. I check in at like 2-3 AM (I paid 20 for an early check in) I had to get 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS AS SOON AS WE GOT THERE. I get in the first room, it’s blood stains and it smells like garlic and old strong cat urine, SECOND ROOM as soon as I walked in a wolf spider fell on my arm as I was opening the door, and it had urine stains on the white sheets and the fridge was leaking water all over the floor… this leads to our 3rd room at 3am. It had blood stains on the floor, boogers on the walls at eye level for your kids to snack on, the tub had a ring around it like it hasn’t been cleaned since installation… ok fast forward... I asked if we could have a clean fitted sheet ( we have 2 beds, we spilled something on one of the sheets and we would have been good) the OWNER refused to give me a fitted sheet, I recorded it, he threatened me if I didn’t delete my video THEN CALLED THE POLICE ON US. UNFORTUNATELY it won’t let me upload the video but I will send it to whomever is considering this TIHS

The property was more a housing tenement than a hotel. Abandoned vehicles and furniture strewn throughout the parking area, individuals under the influence roaming outside the room, paint peeling from the ceiling and sheets stained beyond use. We felt the hotel was unsafe and therefore left. Being unable to raise the sleeping attendant behind the locked exterior door was the final insult to paying for a room for 20 minutes.

This place is absolutely filthy, when we told the manager that whoever is doing linen isn’t doing it correctly because there are stains, piss spots, cat piss filling up the room and adulting your senses. The manager simply replied “It’s economy lodging “ as if you don’t deserve cleanly space because you might need to budget. Incredibly ridiculous. We will be uploading the videos we took of your rooms and sharing them with social media to bring awareness to this slum run establishment that the health department should seriously consider shutting down.
