不错 房间干净整洁 前台及餐厅态度友好 酒店环境很好 早餐美味无以伦比 周围海景不错 值得好评 另外游泳池健身房不错。
2025年1月入住,酒店里人非常少,感觉整个酒店就我们一样。有其他住客,但我们完全没听到任何声音。房间干净舒适,特别喜欢带小桌的舒适扶手椅,我们边喝咖啡边欣赏海景。
早餐是点餐式的,入住时填好表格,第二天早上就能收到所有餐点。食物量很足,种类丰富,味道也很棒。
工作人员很热心,都会说英语,实在不行也会用翻译器。我们用了洗衣服务,衣服在早餐后早上就送回来了。
酒店位置比较僻静,步行4分钟就能找到餐馆、按摩店以及太阳世界娱乐公园的入口。酒店旁边五步路就有一个小超市。
我们还使用了健身房和游泳池。
其实住酒店这么多年,从来没给过任何一家酒店差评,这是一家让我考虑半夜把所有入住经过写出来,避免更多消费者到了国外随便遭受到不公,大堂和房间卫生环境真的是脏乱差,再怎么样说其它我入住过的酒店但凡指出不足酒店负责人都会第一时间联系及时调整也会致歉,唯独国外越南的这家拜塞蒙森大酒店的前台接待员对客服务的一个态度极其恶劣,我们是已经提前一晚预定并支付房费的,并没有白*酒店的吃住行任何服务,早上八点半左右到酒店询问前台是否可以办入住,酒店前台告知昨晚入住的客人还没退房没有干净房间可以安排入住,OK这个我们都能理解,简单询问了一下行李是否可以寄存,安排好之后我们就带上家人老小出门去下龙湾太阳山游玩了,特意等到下午14后可以办理入住时间才回到酒店,14:10分到店开始办入住14:13分开始询问明天早餐是否可以加两份儿童餐,前台直接临时加价不占用床位情况下每位儿童收取越南盾2000000/位共计:4000000越南盾,后面我说小孩没有要入住这个酒店,直接给我安排我原先预定的两个双床就行,前台直接拒绝说不行,小孩要加费用不然没办法办入住,前后前台共计拒绝3次不给办入住,让我们在哪订的房找订房人处理,不行你就找订房人退了,这就是酒店前台的服务态度(估计看我们是护照办理入住可以随便加价),期间等了48分钟没有任何安排,拖家带口在大堂等了足足48分钟,后面直接找了携程客服介入前后对接了4个客服专员共计用时240分钟足足在大堂晾了我们4小时,期间我们在大堂坐等120分钟也就是2小时的时候,我母亲和小孩说口渴了我就让我母亲带孩子去外面买水回来,刚坐下酒店也随后进来一波客人,酒店服务人员立马特别热情的给比我们来迟2小时的客人端茶倒水,并非我一定要喝酒店的茶水,而是同样是消费者我也给了钱凭什么区别对待我们,此外携程客服电话告知酒店经理在外面在赶回来,我们又等了一个小时还未曾见到酒店经理或其它管理人员来对接我们处理,此时我们已经在大堂满身疲惫等了足足的3小时仍然未等的解决,期间前台客服还哄骗我母亲先带小孩上房间,明天早上下来再交4000000的越南盾就可以解决了,不用一直在大堂等了,我母亲告知她本人不是很清楚,需要询问我,前台直接转身就走,这时等的第3个小时有个服务员倒了4杯茶水过来(我们已自己购买有饮用水)我们没喝,原本我们都不想在住这个酒店了,奈何酒店方又不给退,其次客服也给出了处理方案,经过四个小时沟通要我们原订单入住,上到房间多少有点失望,房间卫生堪忧一地毛发,卫生间门口也是一大坨毛发,三四百一间的房还不如国内的一两百的房,而且还不用我们等四个小时,泳池特别臭消毒水的味道也特别小,我爱人带小孩下去就马上上来了,没有下去的欲望就两个小坑加起来没二十平方的泳池,唯一可以说得过去的就是早餐了,品种都很不错,也有特色,但是也不会再次选择入住,吃哪里都可以吃,服务和卫生真的差到了极致,不推荐入住,花这个钱还不如住旁边的温德姆虽然开业旧了点,但也是全球连锁。

靠近海边,能看到摩天轮和游轮。我们一家三口选了三床房,每人一床,比较舒服。早餐还可以,有米粉等。携程网订的,价格仅400出头,应该说,性价比比较高
这是一家没什么特别之处的酒店。一家适合家人和朋友一起入住的酒店。
我们早上5点很早就到了,夜班门房态度非常粗鲁,一点也不乐于助人。后来在我们住宿期间,又一次遇到了他,还是同样的糟糕体验。相比之下,白班工作人员就很乐于助人,也很友好。不幸的是,我们入住期间酒店外面举办了一场活动,导致清晨非常吵闹,影响了我们的休息。
服务很好,员工很有礼貌也很友好,房间也很干净。
