Poor girl at check was her first night … no help from the general manager who was suppose to be there …but she did a good job ..as far as the gm not good … breakfast was a disaster … 830 in the morning .. no milk , forks,spoon .. no milk , no biscuits .. maybe Gm should be cleaning rooms .. not much of a Gm .. this place was terrible !

Really great stay for what we needed. My wife will leave another review telling me I'm wrong, but I'm already in the pound for the lack of complimentary cashmere vanilla body wash, may as well spread the good word while here!
So yeah, there is no Cashmere Vanilla body wash here, but the suite was great. Was there a hole in the couch? Yes. But we aren't doing politics here. We are going to stick to the facts.
I didnt get bed bugs, I had a fridge, the air (hot and cold) worked great, the bathrooms were clean, and it was easy on / easy off from both I44 and Fort Leonard Wood.
We got to see our daughter after graduation and that was awesome. We had just enough stuff in the kitchenette to make pollo con mole verde (thats chicken with flavor for any ody who thinks this is devil talk). WIFI worked well so my 5 year old could play Roblox during downtime. I'd give the wifi strenght a 6 / 7 out of 10.
I was super concerned about the access to my room after reading the elevator reviews. Rest assured, the door opens, closes, you move up & down, and it fu ctions fine. Was it slow? I mean, I wasn't heading to the 115th floor of a Vegas hotel so its hard to say.
Bottom line is I would stay here again. I would bring my family here again as well. Worst case is I get the side eye for a week, but then i have time to leave more reviews.

We stayed here while we were in town to attend an Army graduation at Fort Leonard Wood. We had a great stay! The suite was very spacious - 2 queen beds, a pull out couch, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen area. The hotel was 7 minutes from base. The only thing that I wish was better is the elevator. It was really slow and we had to wait a few minutes before the doors closed which was a little frustrating. Other than that, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Will stay here again if I’m ever in town!

Let me start by saying the staff was pleasant! However the hotel needs improvement on amenities. Our room at first glance looked decent to the eye after further look. The couches are peeling from wear and tear. We selected this hotel because it promoted their kitchenette incase we wanted to whip up a meal for my soldier for her family day. The kitchenette had only one pot and a corroded pan. The towels had stains, but were replaced when we ask for more. This hotel advertises free breakfast. My son and I went down two mornings at 6:40 am and there was little to NO Breakfast. Crockpot eggs, and very little pancake mix. There was a broken juice machine,broken pancake mix dispenser, and a barely working pancake griddle The last few things we noticed is the "business center" has a sign on the printer that states it doesn't work. The "Gym" has a treadmill, a bike, and water cooler. Everyday we had to get new keys to the room because they would stop working ( No they were not near any battery source) Last but not least the elevator is slow, and could use a repair. All in all I would not recommend, it was convenient for us because it was close to base, but would absolutely not recommend

They gave us a room that had either not been cleaned at all or was being used when we arrived. There was a pizza box and trash in kitchen and the bed was not made. Bathroom was also dirty, with used towels. There are two cups on the desk for pens. One said “used pens” the other said “sanitized pens”. The sanitized cup was always empty and the guy behind the desk told me to wipe a used pen down with hand sanitizer if I wanted a sanitized pen. Why not just get rid of the labels and keep one cup for pens on the desk? The room we were moved to was also dirty and there was hair on the soap. There were crumbs on the floor and orange stuff splattered/ dripping down the walls. This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at, including any cheap motel. Which is crazy because they still have all their COVID 19 Precaution signs up. Even the lamps and outlets were filthy. The remote was sticky. The place is just dirty from the parking lot throughout the property.

Absolutely unhappy. The front desk would not let my fiance leave a room key for me to get in the room when I arrived late night. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and I could not get into the hotel room. Even worse, in the morning the staff knocked despite it being before check out time, and barged in even though we had the do not disturb sign on. Me and my fiance were not fully clothed, and I told the staff member that the night receptionist ALREADY cleared us for an 1130am checkout. We were barged in on at 10:35! And the employee had the nerve to tell us check out was an additional 25 WHILE the door was still open! I cannot believe how unbelievably rude and inconsiderate this was, without being given an apology. And when we went to check out, yet AGAIN there was no one at the front desk for us to voice our concerns to. Ridiculous.

The room was clean, and the premises is smoke free, as advertised. The main problem I had was the dishes had not been washed, or at least not washed very well. I poured a glass of milk & it tasted like coffee. I had leftovers from Cracker Barrel, and when I got a plate out to heat up my food, it had residue on it(paper towels to the rescue). The forks, in the drawer, still had food on them. A minor issue was that the room wasn't restocked with toilet paper. I got by with the 1 roll but another couple of rolls would have been much better. The complimentary breakfast was good, not great. They offered biscuits & gravy, eggs, blueberry muffins, bread (not toasted), juice options, and coffee. I expected bacon and sausage, but no such luck. There was a waffle iron on hand & toaster; I didn't see any waffle batter, but I may have just missed it. This place isn't bad, but you shouldn't expect much more out of it than a clean place to sleep.

Staff was not very helpful. When reservation was made I called and was told to call back several times. Could not take advantage of 6:30 am breakfast because at 6:45 am no staff had even started preparing. Chairs still on table tops. The next morning breakfast was on time but out of several items. Difficulty assuring worker that I reserved two nights online when their computer said one night.
