This was a great property, except that there was no accessible entry. My older mother had trouble on the stairs. The Internet was down the entire time we were there.

The room was ideal and a good size for a family of 4. We didn’t realise that the only parking available was in the main street of Kilbirnie where it is located. It was a bit noisey at night from the extractor fans from the bar’s kitchen below right outside our window. Apart from that, it all went smoothly. Thanks

Good location with supermarket just across the street. Self check-in is convenient and easy. The customer service is reponsive and helpful with my queries.

Its location is good with Countdown supermarket is across the road and Pak & Save is just 10mins walk away. A variety of eateries in the vicinity. The apartment has washing machine & dryer. The beds were abit too soft for my liking. Otherwise is a decently good place to stay.

An overcharge and unpreparedfor pre registration.
Couldnt believe how much extra was involved to stay here. pre registration before allowed into the building and then how extra fee was taken with the payment through *******.
