This resort was by far the worst experience of my life. Staying here felt like paying money to suffer. Rooms were dirty and poorly maintained Bedsheets did not look fresh or changed Washroom was unhygienic and smelled bad Staff was rude, unprofessional, and totally unhelpful Reception never responded properly to calls or complaints Food quality was terrible, cold, and extremely overpriced Most of the facilities shown during booking were not available The worst part was the management’s careless attitude. They refused to take responsibility or resolve any issue. 👉 Strongly NOT recommended. This place is a complete waste of money, time, and peace of mind.

Pathetic place. If you want your entire day and night to get wasted . Go to this place for stay. They have multiple function going on and allow guests to use loud music till 1am. Lousy service .

Its been more than 10 years to this place yet it never disappoints, premium most fresh ingredients and when it comes to the taste no other restaurant in kanpur can match it . Also opt for server Deepak , hes friendly and kind and gives the best service .
