The hotel itself was clean and staff were friendly. However, there were people hanging out in the parking area below our room partying and revving engines of their cars until 4 in the morning. Looked like a food fight happened there in the morning with garbage all over. Surprised the hotel wouldn’t have cameras in the lot and have called police to have them removed.

Upon arrival to room 218 on November the 10th, 2025 at approximately 1200 hours local time I noticed the bed linen was crumbled up at the foot of the bed, the trash was not emptied and soiled towels were on the floor of the latrine and right outside said latrine almost as if someone had just left and room service neglected to clean this room.

Friendly and service oriented staff. Breakfast is varied from day to day for the long term stay. Across the street from Drake University which is a nice area to walk with close dining options.

The breakfast was great. I just wish more plant base options could be available as far as dairy concerns unfortunately we do not drink milk. Hopefully, you guys can incorporate some almond milk or soy milk options as well and as well within the food area. Thank you.

Very nice room. Good breakfast options. Very efficient and friendly staff. Horrible parking lot with insufficient guest parking capacity! We got back to the hotel late following an event. Had to park outside on a street almost a block away. And it was raining. Build a parking ramp for your guests cars. The stay was otherwise great.
