TV was on the side (not in front) of the bed. while watching we got a neck ache so had to lay sideways on bed to watch comfortably. carpeting was all stained and disgusting. did not expect the Ritz but not worth $300 a night.

Unfortunatly that room has very light carpet and sometimes a guest spills a drink. I could not carpet clean it in time to be dry for your check in. We do a very good job cleaning the rooms but this was out of our hands as the timeline for your check in did not provide enough dry time. The TV is situated across from the couch not the bed. Most guests prefer its location. Again we stive to make all our guests happy. So sorry about your experience.

Just add a couple of self serve items 😊
I think the only thing I might do, realizing it’s not a bed and breakfast, is leave more peanut butter packets and a couple of loaves of bread (options) for quick toast as you do have a toaster.

I didn't know that the jazz band was playing right outside our room door. Also people were there partying until 10:30 and then the staff was cleaning up for about an hour after and being very loud. I did like how unique the hotel was. It definitely took you back to the era of speakeasies. I would suggest renting a room upstairs away from the noise.

酒店回复: I am so sorry you were unaware of the Jazz band playing on the patio next to your patio area. We do list that we have a speakeasy and it's open until 10:30 as last call is 10pm. We also send out an email and a message upon making your reservation explaining this as well as us having many events with live music. We do ask that you check our events page to see if any music is happening. We do shut down the bar at 10:30 pm as a gesture to our guests for getting a good nights sleep. Again I am so sorry this was an inconvenience for your stay as we like all our guests to have the best stay ever.

Great hidden gem that takes you back in time. The rooms are beatigully decorated, the bathrooms are guge and the drinks were amazing. Coffee house down the street was ooen early for the die-hard coffee drinkers. Owners are very nice and welcoming!

Beautiful, tranquil, historic house. The house was clean & beautifully decorated. They absolutely nailed the Speakeasy, aesthetically & drinks were excellent & reasonable. Would definitely return & recommend.
