The staff was very nice and friendly. It was very budget friendly and one of the employees, Elizabeth, was very kind and recommended the burger place next door called Sever a Burger. It was good place and really nearby. The rooms were clean and if I need an extra blanket, pillow, or toilet paper they would hand them to me. The grab and go breakfast is convenient. I like the sense of safety this location has and I was able to to my laundry without thinking if my clothes was going to be stolen. Their rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. I don’t mind cable tv so it was perfect. Overall, I throughly enjoyed my stay and got to learn more about Sandpoint. I would recommend staying here if you’re really chill and really don’t want to get bothered by the mundaness of life.

The room was clean, washroom was ‘tight’ with little space between the tub and water closet. If the pool/hot tub was in service our particular room would have been quite noisy! There was some conversation happening outside our room when we were ready to sleep and we could hear almost every word.

Stayed literally one night six hours and check out and fund $250 charge on my card for supposedly smoking !!! This some bs

Everything was great except we didn't feel safe as the large hotel windows were wide open all the time. Anyone from the street could walk in. Since the hotel is not staffed at all at night time anyone from the street could walk in through the front door.
