Parking was easy and safe. Well lit lot at night. The whole hotel was clean and fresh. Person at the counter was friendly and helpful. My breakfast was good. My brother and friends live in the area, so I will stay here again.

The location was not convenient to most restaurants. Our first floor room looked directly on the parking lot, with not much space between the room and the parking spaces.

由于即将到来的暴风雪，我们不得不提前两天离开返回田纳西州，但酒店却按规定收取了我们未入住两天的费用。客户服务极差，他们根本不在乎顾客。他们的政策令人费解。我在服务行业工作了40年，我知道有时候为了确保顾客满意，即使政策本身存在问题，你也必须灵活变通。如果你想留住回头客，这就是一个反面教材。我以后绝不会再入住这家价格过高、服务态度恶劣的酒店。
入住体验很棒，酒店干净整洁，员工友善，而且位于一个安静的区域。唯一的问题是，在我们入住的两晚中，第一晚楼上的房间整晚都非常吵闹，一直持续到早上六点左右。这可能与停车场里的两辆大型旅游巴士和某个运动队有关。第二天晚上他们就走了，所以房间很安静。
