Stayed here with family for 3 nights. The hotel was average, the staff were not friendly. The hotel is under construction and it starts at 8am. The pool was dirty. The room itself was nice but carpet is extremely dirty as our white socks turned black. The hotel is located downtown next to the free public parking structure so it is very loud at night. We slept with a sound machine on and we could still hear the cars and people at night.

这家酒店跟其他的希尔顿就差很多，首先入住的时候跟携程没有协调好客户，还需要重新付全款，后来联系了携程给解决了，但很耽误时间。其次这家酒店的早餐品种比较多，但是咖啡并不是全天供应。
到达后，由于聚会的“醉汉”人数过多，停车位有限。
房间的“水槽”被堵住了，排水不畅！
真伤心！！
不幸的是，由于门把手坏了，我被安排到了新房间。看来有人忘记了自己的房间号，强行换了房间。他们给我安排新房间时，安全是首要考虑的。
糟糕的体验
我们抵达时，没有受到热情的接待，也没有人告知我已完成的交易，只是茫然地盯着我，问我为什么站在那里。更糟糕的是，我儿子在游泳池玩耍时，下水时被瓷砖楼梯划伤了脚。我告诉了前台工作人员，但他们只给了我几块创可贴。除了询问，前台没有提供任何信息，也没有告知应该向谁反映这起发生在他们店内的事故。我不会推荐给当地社区，因为当他们注意到我们这里的人时，工作人员总是茫然地盯着我们。
