Rude General Manager. Dirty room. No houskeeping for 4 nights. No hot water in sink or room heat. Was told that heat and cold water would be fixed and then it was not. General Manager basically said "tough luck" and told me he does not communicate with customers who are unhappy with the hotel. Beds were okay, overall facility was nice. Will never stay there again because the way no warm/hot sink water and no heat was not addressed by management. Much better options in Longmont.

Our family enjoyed a one night stay while visiting family. They even had a crib for our baby. Clean and safe hotel.
