优点:很干净,也能感觉工作人员有很想给顾客好的体验,这个小哥帮忙拿行李到车上,一直很热情
缺点:带着行李只能打车走山路,然后下山要走很多台阶很陡很陡,出行不便,出去就要打车,附近没啥吃的,酒店的吃的真的不适合中国胃口,年夜饭的汤圆特别硬,然后还是姜糖水的汤,真是绝了
总结:风景不错,菜品难吃,交通不便,服务不错
本以为岛上酒店条件有限,再加上一路崎岖山路和长长的台阶,心里预期已经降到最低,没想到这家悬崖酒店反而给了我巨大惊喜。
酒店建在悬崖边,房间配有超大阳台,推开门就是一望无际的无敌海景,视野绝了。
餐食也格外出色,强烈建议在酒店用餐,这是我这次巴厘岛之行里最棒的一餐体验。
唯一小缺点就是蚊虫略多,不过在植被这么茂密的地方,也在所难免,完全不影响整体好感。
这个酒店最大的问题就是去酒店的路太差了,不要想着走过去,直接坐车进去,否则你就会体验到自讨苦吃。另外因为酒店的位置很偏僻,路很难走,所以你的出行得靠四轮车车,如果是租摩托,就需要在太阳下山前回到酒店。如果有很多行李不建议订这个酒店,如果实在想入住就找前台和服务人员给你拎行李,办理入住的时候也要找他们拎!否则很累!入住的当天在下雨,所以风景一般,阳光好的时候风景应该很好。可以换淋浴头,水质不好,附图的中间和右边的都是他家的,洗 2-3 次澡就会变成中间那样。总体来说入住的住宿和景色体验还是可以的,就是过程很累。
非常差劲没诚信的酒店,照片真的“照骗!一大早下雨水漫入了房间,还有下水道和排泄分解物臭味熏天,要求换房间,答案是等下午有空房间才给换,但是携程上的房间全部都可订状态,后来要求提前退房,在酒店和服务员说好了一切都没问题,可等我们走后打电话让他们修改,又说后面两天房费不退是我自己要走的,而且那个老人还极其粗鲁挂断电话。
从港口去酒店开车20分钟,全程树林里泥巴小路极其危险,房间阳台只要下雨对小孩非常危险,泳池非常小,酒店没有娱乐设施和活动,碰到下雨只能在窄小的餐厅呆着,餐厅价格还挺贵,附近也找不到别的吃。走了十三个国家,遇到的最没有服务意识的酒店。
酒店离码头不远。但是走过去的话有个超陡的斜坡要走,顺着地图指引是能走到的。
不想打车的话可以尝试,但是会比较累。
酒店风景很好,听说可以下楼梯到海滩。但是迫于时间,没有下去。建议预定的时候,备注高一点的楼层。安排给我在一楼,要走比较长的楼梯下去,去餐厅我要爬上去比较远。
酒店房间大,景色好,但是没有沙滩,泳池比较下。距离码头不远,提供接送服务,但是收费的(单程20万印尼盾,需要提前预约,酒店在一个悬崖上,离开时候需要爬很陡峭的台阶,但是酒店工作人员会帮忙拿行李,酒店附近没有什么吃饭的地方,但是酒店餐厅的服务可谓一言难尽,第一晚自助烧烤说在位置上等就可以,但等了40min却被告知需要自己去拿,第二晚点餐催了好几次甜品都没有上,结账时竟然还有甜品的费用,好在及时发现要求退掉了。酒店早餐是点餐制,味道还不错,但酒店水质不佳,一定要记得带过滤设备。
位置确实有点远,但出租车可以把我们送到。冲着这美景,路途遥远也值了。
食物很棒。晚上还有当地音乐和舞蹈表演。氛围很好。
炒饭早餐简直绝了。太好吃了,我们连着吃了两天。
步行即可到达海边,食物也很棒。唯一的缺点是交通不便,从港口到酒店需要15分钟车程,安吉尔比拉邦船公司最晚一班船是下午5点。建议不要带大件行李,因为有很多楼梯要走。
酒店员工对客人非常周到。特别感谢Julia。请务必不要被安排到402房间,因为那里有下水道异味,阳台漏水,还没有遮阳棚。除此之外,在我们更换房间后,酒店就没有其他问题了。海景很棒,官网上的照片与实际情况相符。早餐是点餐制的,非常棒。唯一可惜的是没有直通大海的通道,旧码头已经坏了。
更换的房间是403,但是半夜睡到三四点下水道反味道,导致于一晚上没有休息好
但是服务人员还是蛮热情的,在check out的时候,也反映了情况
