房间很干净，楼下早上有集市，有很多餐吧，非常方便
房间虽小，但它地处伦敦市中心，就在伦敦眼旁边，步行即可到达。
地理位置非常便利，旁边就有一家冰岛超市。
酒吧的饮品很棒，绝对值得一试。
他们还免费提供热饮，很贴心。
员工友善乐于助人。
房间干净舒适，小巧却很舒服。
沐浴露和洗发水很好用，味道也很棒。
rubbish。酒店又小隔音又差，走廊关门声，夜晚水管管道流水声，街边音乐说话声非常清楚。在酒店入住期间出了紧急情况身体不适，工作人员处理问题态度差且mean。踢皮球不作为。

服务态度很好， 我们带着旧英镑， 前台详细告诉我们怎么换成新英镑才可以使用。 真的很贴心。 浴巾也每天换和清理卫生， 在天气变换无常的伦敦， 回酒店犹如回家。 真好👍 地点也特别方便！
房间有点小，但很干净，圣诞节期间能订到这样的房型，这样的价格已经很不错了
