Props to staff for early check-in. Never hurts to ask, especially as I crossed a time zone and arrived earlier than I originally planned for.
Room was nice enough, although it seemed like it needed a deep, terminal cleaning. Nothing worth complaining about.
I will say though… The water pressure in the shower was remarkable. You could run hydraulics with that pressure. It was almost too much. An adjustable shower head would have been perfect.
Breakfast options were good. I liked the breakfast taco setup. Decent oatmeal, cereal, and fruit selection.
I paid over $8 for one bottle of Miller Lite the night before. Apparently, Miller Lite is “premium craft beer” in Indiana.
Anyway, all in all, decent stay for a night spent passing through.

Clean, comfortable room with good water pressure and decent breakfast. Walkable to coffee in the River City. Only feedback is dimmers or nightlight in the bathroom would be nice.

Everything was great. Staff and room. Room was absolutely gorgeous and besides the room having a view of HVAC and being right by Ice machine, I heard nothing and at the price I paid, I’d expect to view worse than an HVAC.
Gorgeous clean hotel with staff who seem to like their jobs, many spaces to just hang out when in between flight and checkout.

Get rid of the cheap ass toilet paper. At almost 200 a night, i should get better butt treatment than sand paper. And when known construction is going on, put people on the opposite side of the building! Room was very clean and cozy and the staff was great

The room was nice. A/C noise kept me up all night. I checked out at 4 am...couldn't handle it.

Hotel was clean lobby and rooms. Has a nice outside smoking area. Easy access to downtown eateries and events. Large parking lot.

Room was spacious. Hotel is very convenient to the ford center and victory theater. Breakfast was delicious. Will be staying here again. Only complaint is no jacuzzi lol would have been perfect!

The main desk personal was very good.
The cleaning team forgot to refresh the room one day out of the 4 nights stay.
Missing toiletries like shower cap and body lotion.

No laundry service needed. Breakfast was cold and tasted bad I had to go back to the room it makes me sick to my stomach. Requested a fan last night never received it. The same lady that checked us in yesterday was the same person that checked me out. She didn't ask how was the stay or hope you enjoyed your stay nothing. Just not a friendly Clerk.
