Having worked away and travelled extensively for the last 50 years,I can honestly say the manager, David Kaminski, is the rudest ,ignorant, arrogant, nasty and most offensive manager I have ever come across. We booked 2 twin rooms and got two doubles despite our paperwork and his computer clearly stating twins. He totally blamed us or ******* for the mistake and would accept no responsibility getting very aggressive. Rooms need tlc, bathrooms too hot, bedroom door locks don’t work, towels and toilet paper missing.

Although the bed and shower were fresh and clean, the rest of the hotel was either dirty or broken. toilet seat wasnt properly attached. TV remote repaired with duct tape. Homeless people congregating outside the property.

Recently refurbed. Not well maintained.
Room I had booked had broken blinds on the ground floor. Room was recently refurbished but not well maintained. Raised this to reception area and they moved me to a smaller room but did not refund the price difference. I did arrive late (after 10pm) so staff coverage was probably low.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, would recommend that you stay away at all costs. The receptionist is the ruddiest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever come across and as for the manager he is way out of his depth. I would never stay again no matter what, I’d rather sleep in my car. They took an extra 200 for so called cleaning of my room and took from my account without my approval. They are kind and friendly when everything is going their way but other than that they become disrespectful, obnoxious and rude. As mentioned before stay away at all costs.

The hotel looks good on the website, however it needs a refresh. My room has only a vertical blind no curtains, no air conditioning & is very warm. The window overlooks an alley which has not been cleaned in a while beyond the alleyway is a carpark for a local business. I have to say how disappointed i am as it looks much better on the website.

Really nice hotel, albeit a little expensive but is still a really nice place :)

非常期待住在这里，因为网站上的照片看起来很棒！抵达后，我们受到了非常友好的欢迎，登记入住很容易。双人间很豪华，喜欢黄色和灰色的配色！锁门和开门时遇到问题，但很快就掌握了窍门。床和大电视之间没有太多空间可以通过。但我们还是设法解决了，因为我们都是苗条的身材。去了 Bath Halls 的演出，回到房间，在房间里安顿下来，但坐着看电视时，越来越意识到窗下传来的锤击声。当我们想睡觉时，越来越意识到声音，这听起来像是抽油烟机启动时发出的嘎嘎声，敲击声，然后再次熄灭，整个晚上每 5 分钟重复一次，至少可以说很烦人。最终决定在接待处投诉，他们只能说他们不能对外面的噪音负责，可能是隔壁的外卖店传来的，但那已经关门了！没想到他们很热情的帮忙，从来没有问过我们要不要换房。不得不戴上耳塞，但仍然可以听到背景中发出的嘎嘎声和响亮的锤击声！真的被宠坏了，因为我们想在第二天早上感到神清气爽，很遗憾，因为它对浴室来说太方便了，那里有点不走运，让我们再也不想入住了！他们当然可以调查这些噪音是从哪里来的！
