The staff was courteous but when we checked in our room had one pillow for 2 beds and no shower curtain. The tub was kind of dirty looking. We were moved and the 2nd room also had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was very loose. All in all it wasn't terrible for the price considering the staff was nice and the beds were clean.

My room was dirty, spent the 1st hour of my stay cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, elevator was broken when I checked in, desk oerson never said anything put me on an upper floor, watched me take the luggage trolly out to get my stuff and didn't say a damn thing when I returned to the lobby to use the elevator to my room that's when I discovered it was not working, went to the deask to inquire why she hadn't told .e about ghe situation she said it's been broken all day I thoght you knew, I said how would I know you just checked me in without even a word about the inconvenience! Dumb isn't the word

When I checked in, I reported no ice cube in the freezer as there were no trays. Also no bath towels so I had to leave without a shower.

Extremely disappointed
Got to my room and there was trash under the night stand and no towels in the bathroom. Went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore. What kind of place doesn’t even have enough towels to put 2 per room. Place was full so no other room to move me into. And it was 93* the day I checked in. They told me to come down in the morning as there should some in the laundry which she would run overnight. Went down and still no towels. I stay in a hotel expecting at least a clean room with a comfortable bed and a shower. Lost out here. This is not the place for an overnight stay

The staff were absolutely excellent however the room definitely could have been a lot cleaner, there were stains on the mattress and it seemed they were hesitant to give out extra sheets unless you were exchanging dirty ones. The sheets they did have didn't really fit the mattress well
