Amazing facilities, staff and food , The in house traditional breakfast was delicious and buffet arrangement was very good , It’s clean. Employees friendly and nice the room service was great & quick , we checked IN earlier and there was no problem as the room was ready , welcoming reception lady and we met the manager Ms. was soo kind to welcome us and provide checking iN earlier

Everything was excellent, great serves, helpful staff. Nice garden area, useful position next to Alazzam mall. room amenities, location. Breakfast was great. Restaurants were fantastic. Updated Review of Very Bad Stay (*We were one of the long-stay customers before one year and were happy, BUT unfortunately we reported the deterioration of the services among different areas and functions during this stay*). *** We advise all respectful customers & institutions to avoid it.*** Positives: Location (easy to get there). Outdoor garden. Areas of Improvement: Poorly communicating non-professional new staff in comparison to previous staff. Poor duty management with big fatal mistakes (assigned poorly maintained rooms as clean ready rooms at check-in) see the pictures. Poorly disabled room doors & facilities. Parking (very difficult to find car parking). Poorly explained room, stay amenities. Noisy odors and wood smell (risk for asthma exacerbation). Limited amenities and services of Poor response from Front Disc to discuss problems of the stay. Internet WiFi connection doesn’t work and mobile internet connection also out of coverage area NOT working. Ver expensive in comparison to the risk and poor services. Limited poorly served items for breakfast. Limited TV channels. Poor housekeeping (dirty bed & baths) see pictures.
