I stayed at Nebo Hotel, Varkala, and had a very disappointing experience. There was no water supply for nearly 5 hours without any prior intimation to guests. When I asked about it, there was no proper response from the manager, and water was restored only around 8:30 PM, even though my check-in was at 2 PM. The bathroom was dirty, with unclean buckets and jugs, algae on the floor, and an unclean exhaust fan. The ceiling fan and furniture were dusty, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The bedsheet and pillow covers were stained and hadn’t been changed — I had to request the room boy to replace them. The only good thing about this place is the sea view from the hotel, which is beautiful. But overall, the hotel is poorly maintained and unhygienic, and the staff response is unprofessional. Would not recommend staying here unless they improve cleanliness and basic guest services.

Amazing experience with a sea view as the property on the cliff. Very next to cafe sarwaa which leads to the beach where it is not crowded.

A fabulous stay option in Varkala. The hotel is right next to the beach, overlooking the sea. The large French windows added a premium experience to the rooms, you will never get tired of the sea view. It also offers a great sunset view.
The location is also very convenient. although away from the centre of Varkala the north cliff, but if you are looking for a secluded stay you will have the best time here. All the best cafes are at a walkable distance. And you can get auto for any location from the auto stand nearby.
only thing is that they don't have in house dining, so you will have to rely on Swiggy or Zomato if you are not in the mood to go out.
But overall this is an amazing stay.

We had pleast stay at nebo hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Food at the Cafe adjoining to hotel was really good. Hotel & Cafe have private access to beach which made the experience even better as south cliff beaches are peaceful for family outings.
