The staff was so professional, friendly, helpful and more. The facility very clean, rooms very nice, spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was awesome, there was so much to choose from. The restaurant were so close we could walk. Since I had such a great stay I will be returning fir the Thanksgiving break

The hotel was clean and the staff very kind and helpful. The location isn’t ideal because it’s not walkable. There is no hot tub.

My room was like you are sleeping in a portable toilet that’s how much it was smelling. I went and got the air freshener for the room and had to Sleep with the air conditioning off because when you open the AC it was worst. Please do something about that.

The hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places I’ve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. Luckily it was the off season and it didn’t create much of an inconvenience. It was quickly fixed within a day. The front office manager Paris Bradshaw always greeted us with a smile. She was very polite and engaging. I would definitely stay here again.

No water preasure.
Nice hotel but would never stay again as the water pressure is non-existent. Not enough water to even brush your teeth or wash your hands. Asked front desk lady about the issue and she said it's that way to prevent water from splashing over the edge od the counter top sink. SMH.

Water flow in the sink was barely a trickle. The outside areas are not maintained well. Needs updating.

The only complaint I have is the lack of respect that during the night a party was going on in the lobby and was terribly loud, rude, and inconsiderate! We called the lobby to notify them of the noise level. We should have been refunded some of my money because we hardly slept during that night and had to get up for a flight.
The water pressure is slow/light. Also there’s a smell from the trash or sewer outside.
