We arrived and the front desk person was extremely overwhelmed and kept saying she was working by herself so we went ahead and checked in on the app, but asked her for an extra key and to add one adult to the reservation since we couldn't on the app. The rest of the stay the only friendly individuals were the breakfast crew, the day front desk person lacked complete hospitality. The day of check out, they started knocking on the door at 9AM (check out is at 11), they knocked a total of three times before actual check out time even though every time we told them we were not leaving yet. After we checked out I received the bill and we did not get credited for the two adults for MyWay benefit with Hilton Honors even though we had informed the hotel there were two adults (and they charged breakfast for two adults). I placed 4 calls with Hilton Honors and every time the hotel did not agree to give the Gold Hilton Honors Benefit. We have now opened a dispute with Hilton Honors in order to received the credit.

We held a business meeting with 70 people at this hotel and it was perfect. Great location with lots of food options close by. The staff were all very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were quiet, comfortable and clean, and the suite layout was nice with a separate bedroom/living area. Provided for a nice place to get work done away from my resting area. Overall, we were very happy with the whole experience!

We had three rooms. Each one of them smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. My kids were in the hallway and a creepy guy opened his room with a lit cigarette in his mouth. Very creepy with kids. Staff was incredible mean and could care less. We had three rooms with breakfast included and they only gave us one breakfast per room. They charged my credit card for my kids breakfast without my permission. There are so many better hotels near here. Stay there!

I have stayed at this hotel probably 10 times it’s a little outdated but generally pretty decent. They have significantly raise their price while offering nothing more if anything though this time our room was missing an ice bucket we upgraded to a room with our deck sitting area outside by the pool we were the only one that did not have a table on her deck so we had to like drag furniture out to use as a table when we asked about the ice buckets they told us they didn’t have any so we had to use plastic bags to bring ice back to our room and hold it in the sink. Just the magic seemed gone this time it just was not the same feeling that I’ve had in the past at the same hotel. Super disappointed that they can charge so much in the room not be together and when you ask for stuff that normally comes in a room you’re told no they don’t have it I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide an ice bucket. And if I’m paying more for a room that has a sitting area to be the only sitting area without a table is not OK and the housekeeping staff I think it was the head housekeeper kept giving us dirty luxe she was very rude I wish I had gotten her name but I didn’t. I’m just shocked by the lack of care and attitude.

They treated me like a true Hilton honors member. I have the Diamond with Hilton and the platinum with Marriott and I can tell you I’ve never had an issue with Hilton . They’ve always gone above and beyond especially at this double tree
