Thanks for getting back to me. I’m not complaining on anything. I don’t even think the bed bug is from the hotel but probably brought from previous guest lived in the room before us. Also, I am really appreciate the good service you guys provided and the good experience during our stay beside the few bugs bites during the night time. The first pic I’ve attached is the stains I found are caused when bed bugs are crushed after feeding. The second clip is the bite I have got during night time when I was asleep. By the way, we didn’t have window opened during our stay so there’s no possibility to get mosquito bite

第二次入住了，是在日本住过最宽敞的房间，非常喜欢。酒店外观大气，有专门的免费温泉，泡池多还有按摩功能，有免费酒水零食区域，还有鉴赏音乐的房间，整体十分放松。实拍照片为酒店房间和阳台望出去的风景，晚上赏月早上眺望，安静开阔心情舒适。酒店的餐厅出品水平很不错，定价较高，若价格能调整更佳。酒店离京都站近，打车前往很方便。
酒店的设施齐全，有泡汤、洗衣房、游戏房、餐厅，早餐品类丰富。房间内也比较干净整洁，有一个大阳台，浴室干湿分离，唯一不足的是三人房的空间较小。酒店旁边就是日本最大的火车博物馆，值得去参观一下。
一如既往的好 每次来京都都会来到这家酒店 位置方便 环境舒适 就是这次来好多人啊 早餐还是老样子 很喜欢 主要是地理位置非常好 离京都站很近 也可步行 附近还有永旺 吃吃逛逛
房间中规中矩，有个泡澡的澡堂，其实跟温泉有点像，就是水是普通自来水吧，干净卫生。2楼有个乒乓球桌，畅饮吧，小小的儿童乐园，还算挺友好的小社区。工作人员都礼貌认真。
旁边有个很近的水族馆，酒店有个后门可以接入，下雨天我们绕了一圈才发现。。。
开车过来就有路面停车场，2500yen一天随便停，不过进来的小路有点点难找。
本来要去天桥立的，由于老人家血压升高，只能继续留在京都，天桥立酒店不能取消，携程走自己的理赔，无损失换到了这个酒店。虽然离中心景区晚点，但周边环境还不错，有公园，离梅小路站200米左右，酒店房间在日本真是算很大的了，虽然简单，但是还是很干净，五脏俱全，转角房间阳台很大，适合亲子或者情侣入住，每层楼都有不同的功能场所，一楼是泡汤，二楼啤酒和饮料提供间，三楼是咖啡提供间和书吧，四楼是音乐吧，五楼是冷热水补给站，和下棋的。早餐也不错，自助餐形式，日式早餐和面包沙拉，饮料很多。不得不承认携程出行还是有保障。
其实都还不错，就是这次住的房间有床虱，腿上被咬了好几次，跟前台讲了他们帮我换了床单和被子，但是还没得到解决，最后去堂吉柯德买了防床虱的喷雾，之后就没被咬了，房号407，劝订到这个房间的人进去的时候先检查一下床或者先喷一下防床虱的喷雾。去京都站坐地铁一站，去其他景点步行五分钟也都有直达巴士，其实蛮方便的，早餐也好吃

这是这次日本之行的酒店最佳，酒店在公园边上，有阳台看公园还有顶层露台看京都塔，提供免费的饮料和小食，有图书角和桌牌游戏可以休闲娱乐，可以体验日式汤泉，有自助洗衣房，简直满足所有需求。
每次去京都的首选，位置虽然不是市中心但是距离京都站也就一个站，晚上附近没有什么可以休闲的地方，但是酒店设施很齐全基本上什么都有，本身就是很休闲，泡个澡，到酒店自己的酿酒店喝一杯很恰意
房间不管卫生还是细节做的都非常好，五楼有通道可以前往楼顶观看日落、三楼现磨咖啡、二楼还有小食饮料…都可以拿小托盘带回房间享用，细节处做的也很到位，这些区域都避开了休息时间开放，二楼有娱乐区域专门做了刷卡隔断…尽可能做到不打扰到房客，位置远离喧嚣…出门左手有全家、右手有711非常方便，下次来京都一定还会选择这里。
这是我第二次来京都，又住进了这家超棒的酒店！我爱这里的一切：美味的早餐、可以自己冲咖啡的选择、下午提供的带零食的饮品服务，最棒的是——桑拿房，在忙碌了一天探索城市之后，可以在那里好好放松！强烈推荐这里！
