As I checked in, I noticed a lack of basic amenities. The room was sparsely furnished, with a broken air conditioner and a television that didn't work. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with missing towels and a leaking faucet. Throughout my stay, the inattention of the staff continued. I often had to wait for long periods at the reception desk, with no one attending to my requests. The restaurant staff was slow and indifferent, and room service was inconsistent. To make matters worse, I discovered to my astonishment that the hotel did not have a general manager. This was shocking, as I expected a professional with experience and authority to be leading the team. The lack of management oversight was evident in the poor service and overall disorganization of the hotel. The absence of a general manager also meant that there was no one to address my concerns or escalate my complaints. I felt helpless and frustrated, as I had to endure several days of unsatisfactory service with no way to resolve the issues. In conclusion, I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. Pros Cleanliness, food quality, hotel location Cons. Room size was small (Maple room), No restaurant, only room service though menu was big, Window AC in place of split AC which was very noisy, Wi-Fi didn't worked, limited TV channels (even I was not able to watch IPL match), Limited breakfast option, food price was high.
