This hotel is seriously behing the times. The coffee machine provided no Decaf and breakfast foods did not include many local specialites. No fish served. Minimal electric outlets.Slow internet. Spacious. bedroom Bathroom rather small.Parking too far away. Stairs. Not enough pillows for a 4 star. Very loud disturbing music everywhere. Pool water good.Chez lounge uncomfortable.

Disappointing for a Supposed 4-Star Hotel
We stayed at Marina Frapa Hotel expecting 4-star quality but would rate it closer to 3 stars. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of food. The pool area was enjoyable and provided some relaxation.
However, several issues impacted our stay. Hot water and electricity were unreliable — three of us ended up washing in cold water from the sink as the shower wouldn’t work initially. When we raised this with the front desk, it took multiple attempts before they resolved it. Even worse, we were accused of lying about the issue, which was both insulting and unprofessional.
There were also clear safety hazards around the property for young children, so families should be cautious. Additionally, the atmosphere among staff was tense — with loud arguments and even objects thrown in public view.
All in all, we were relieved to check out. This hotel has potential, but the service and maintenance issues need urgent attention.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating for some of our requests. We particularly enjoyed the pool and pool bar ;-) There was easy access to everything we needed, including a small convenience store to stock up on needed items. I highly recommend Marina Frapa Resort Rogoznica if you're looking for a relaxing location to unwind!
酒店地理位置优越，显然曾经相当豪华，但如今却破败不堪，亟待修缮。床上没有被子，只有床单和一条旧毯子，衣柜里还有一块地毯。我们反复要被子，最后一位清洁女工终于来取回衣柜里的旧地毯，铺在床上。淋浴没有热水，尽管我们多次前往前台，但整个三天的住宿期间一直没有热水；一个不太友好的工作人员在我们抵达时没收了我们的护照，尽管我们多次要求预付全款，但他们解释说他们的支付系统有问题，很快就会修好，然后会把护照还给我们。我们需要这些钱来租船，所以两天后，我要求扣款并归还护照。我再次被告知支付系统仍然无法使用，于是我开始报警。支付系统突然恢复正常。酒吧和餐厅的音响系统是分开的，两者互相竞争。除此之外，餐厅旁边停泊的船只上还传来震耳欲聋的音乐，酒店中心广场上还临时搭建了迪斯科舞厅，让人根本没法好好享用晚餐。幸好其他客人不多，所以基本上只有我们两个人。早餐相当不错，克罗地亚餐厅的员工也非常出色。
位置极佳，服务一流，度假村非常棒。
建成时，很可能是一座火灾酒店！随着时间的推移，很多东西已经过时或年久失修。网络很弱，即使在小热的情况下空调也无法应付，插座绝对不够。但房间很宽敞，阳台很宽，位置在中心。老城区步行10-15分钟。早餐很好。
