We really enjoyed our stay here! There are great activities for your kids and the staff are very helpful and friendly! This location is close to many attractions such as grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls. Hope to come here again.

This is a very nice property with lots of things to do at the resort and close to things we love to do. Excellent staff and accommodations. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location with beautiful views - ask for pond view or Mountain View. Property checked in on us a few times via text. They always answered the phone when we called with questions. We will go back!

Expected better service....
Check-in was late and incomplete. lacked any real directions on what was expected of us...had to call the front desk twice for help. When leaving early in the morning on Sat (7:15am) no one at the front desk to check-us out.
Would not return to this facility.

不幸的是，我们住的公寓与相邻的公寓之间有一扇非常非常薄的金属门。邻居的公寓里大约有 10 个人，2 个小孩和 1 个婴儿。这群人非常非常吵闹。第一天晚上，聚会一直持续到 11:30。3 天 2 夜里，几乎什么声音都能听见。！！！
我最大的抱怨是，自从我二月份入住以来，他们的总部就一直打电话催我，提供各种优惠。由于他们咄咄逼人的营销策略，我不会再住那里了。最近一次打电话时，我要求把我从他们的名单上除名。我们拭目以待吧。
关于房子，我不喜欢这套一居室的两层公寓。小客厅在一楼，其他东西都在楼下。
噪音太大
房间还可以，但最让人抱怨的还是噪音。我们本来想着度假能安静点，结果一进房间就能听到孩子们整天跑来跑去的声音。我们忍了忍，所以在提前退房之前，因为本来计划住一周，他们打了好几次电话反映噪音问题，就帮我们换了个房间。可惜的是，换到第二个房间后，噪音比第一个房间更大。我们最后提前退房了，根本没人理会。
