The hotel is clean and extremely close to Sight and Sound theater. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We always stay at this Holiday Inn when we visit the Lancaster area. It is clean, the personnel are very friendly & helpful. We had already booked our trip for this visit for 3 nights but ended up arriving a day early & the hotel was able to accommodate us for the extra night. We will definitely stay here again.

Parking was awesome, water pressure in shower was not the best and they did not have gravy this time

When checking out I requested a copy of my bill and was told they did not have one it would be an email… when checking in I was told a 10.00 hold was placed on my credit card… when checking out I asked to see that it had been removed.. I also was told that was not possible.

We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious and clean. Check in was quick. The king bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well supplied, the breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. It was a quiet location and about 5 minutes from Sight n Sound. We would stay here again.

Bring a sleep mask
Our room was beautiful but there is no ability to darken the room at night. The shades allow in the street light illumination.

It was a great place to stay, nice and clean. Breakfast bar was nice, and a great coffee machine! Close to shopping and especially close to Sight and Sound.

It was very nice and quiet. Across the street is cornfield. We watched Amish buggys driving down the road.

We really enjoyed our staycation for 2 nights. The free coffee is superb. The complimentary breakfast is also the best. Hoping to see you again soon ❤️🎉👏
