Breakfast was excellent. The meats and eggs are fresh and warm. The staff are very visible and cleaning tables all the time. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and professional.

I know what to expect. The rooms are clean. I like the breakfast options. They are healthier and offer more selection than many other places. I like the breakfast room layout as well.

Canceled as im almost there to check in. Unacceptable. Family didnt get Canceled they didnt book through ******* and didmt get Canceled. They said there was no issue with AC in the building.

The property was pet friendly. However, we were charged $75 for a pet fee when it indicated $15 per pet per stay. We have 2 dogs so it should have been $30! Also, our truck was broken into at dinner so we were only on the room for less than 2 hours when we checked out to drive back home. I went to check out and the front desk advised they would check us out in the morning. Apparently the desk worker was too busy eating to bother with it at the moment. Will not stay at hotel chain again.
