They call that a palace??? Honestly? The hotel is right on the busy main road of Khao Lak, far from the centre if you don't have a scooter and with no shops around. With no scooter, you're basically stuck there, and going to the beach on foot will take you 30 minutes. The old lady at the front desk is so unfriendly and doesn't speak English. She must be the one everybody is mentioning in their comments. Is she the owner? I don't know, but she doesn't have her place there! All standard rooms are in one building on two floors with rooms with no charm; it's very basic and dark with only two small windows. No sun on that side in the morning. They have what looks like nice bungalows from the outside around the pool, but I doubt it's much better inside. The pool is decent, but they have zero sense of comfort. Seven hard wooden chairs are spread untidily around the pool. Nothing is inviting. The "breakfast room" is on the main road. Again, zero charm and comfort. Save your time and money and stay somewhere else!

这家酒店太棒了！和普吉岛、考拉的其他酒店相比，价格非常划算。
有两个很棒的泳池。小屋虽然不大，但被棕榈树环绕，又靠近泳池，增添了不少浪漫气息。床垫和泰国其他地方一样，都是椰棕的，偏硬，不过我们很快就适应了。早餐有泰式米粉、鸡蛋三明治、西瓜和速溶咖啡。
建议不要选择靠近路边的房间，对面咖啡馆的音乐声很大。预订时可以勾选“安静房间”，他们会安排在花园深处的房间。我们非常满意！

赶紧跑，千万别来这家！不诚实、脏乱、不称职……我们入住期间厕所一直堵着，根本没人来帮忙。早餐难吃极了。员工态度极其恶劣，简直配不上泰国。他们还不退还我们的押金。泳池很脏，连躺椅都没有。而这仅仅是冰山一角。
酒店完全荒废了，没有餐厅，没有无线网络，甚至无法交流，因为接待处不会说英语，我只遇到过有问题需要解决的客户，没有工作人员，完全由一位总是在场的女士负责，她粗鲁无礼，一本正经，你无法得到解决方案，我们在预订时预订，我们付款，他给我们分配了一个房间，说它是小屋都不过分，我们要求升级，我给你留了照片，我们加了1000泰铢，他想要1200泰铢，他自己算了一下，这暴露了房间每晚的要求，他晚上9点30分不要报纸，还有一个正在睡觉的小孩，他粗鲁地敲我们的房间，因为他想要钱，游泳池很陈旧，有5张躺椅，没有遮阳伞，边缘没有石膏，完全被灌木丛和疏忽大意所包围，而且距离所有可能需要的东西或景点都很远
很棒的体验，物超所值。尤其是那些小平房，风格独特，古朴舒适。服务也很好，尤其在安排行程方面很有帮助。泳池很棒，附近还有市场和小餐馆。
